Between January 2005 and July 2020 I sent five letters to three Denver Districts Attorney (Ritter, Morrissey, and McCann), and nine others, concerning charges filed against me and resolved in 1999. The purpose was to criticize the process, resolution, those responsible, and the aftermath. For each new letter, certain additional subjects seemed appropriate. Click the title to view the letter.

No official confirmation of delivery to Justice Antonin Scalia or two unnamed persons (both in Washington, DC). May 24, 2013 Acting Postmaster in Sterling Post Office told me the three envelopes had been diverted in Denver due to the Ricin scare in Washington, and that the Postal Service could not tell me when or if they had been delivered.
