"Girl Power!" is a full-day, week-long summer day camp, held at the University of Wisconsin-Marathon County June 26-June 30. GP Camp is a week of team-focused, project-based activities focused on creating friendships and introducing girls to fun new activities. This year's theme is "Girl Power Camp: Rock and Roll Edition".' Write, Compose, Choreograph, and Film your own "Girl Power" Music Video! Campers will work in teams to use what they learn from an introduction to "Girl Power" music from the last half century to make their own girl power anthem video! Girls will learn from experts about writing song lyrics, the finer points of music video making, costume and set design. Of course, there will be the usual opportunities to make new friends, to earn points and prizes, play and design recess games, and develop creativity and confidence!

Check out the Girl Power Anthem that camp directors Holly Hassel and Katie Kalish created!
