Block Party Vendor Sign-Up Form

Hello Community Member and Neighbor,

The TURNERS FALLS BLOCK PARTY is GEARING UP! This summer, the Block Party will be held on Saturday August 11, 2012 on Avenue A, between Third Street and Fifth Streets, from 2-8 pm rain or shine.

The Gill-Montague Community School Partnership (“the Partnership”) is taking the lead in organizing the Block Party. The Partnership uses a positive youth development approach to promote a healthy, safe, nurturing, and caring environment for our community youth. The goal is to help reduce violence and substance abuse, as well as create a respectful appreciation for diversity.

If your business or agency is interested in having a table at the Block Party, please fill out the attached form. IF you have any questions please contact Hipolito Baez, Block Party Vendor Coordinator,  no later than June 15, 2012 for the early bird rate at bp@gmpartnership.org.
