Gabriel Henrique de Souza

Gabriel Henrique de Souza is a Computational Engineer and a Doctoral Student in Computational Modeling at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora. His research interests include Theoretical Neuroscience and Brain-Computer Interfaces. He is involved in those fields since 2017 and received international conference competition awards twice.

Souza has experience with mathematical neuron models, brain waves, and brain-computer interface algorithms and he was part of national and international events committees. Nowadays, Souza has been developing models for cross-subject Brain-Computer Interface training.

He is interested in the areas of Machine Learning, Statistical Learning, Signal Processing, Evolutionary Algorithms and Computational Neuroscience.
