Dr. Ghazi Ben Ayed is a scientific researcher in the field of cyber-security, he’s committed in conducting interdisciplinary research towards turning in the cyberspace a safe, a forgiving and an indulgent environment. He has many years of progressive teaching, academic and research experiences in North of America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. He holds a Doctorate in Information Systems from University of Lausanne, Switzerland; M.Sc. degree in E-commerce (multidisciplinary program) from University of Montreal, Canada; Management/Leadership graduate certificates from McGill University, Montreal, Canada and Bachelor in Business Informatics from University of Tunis, Tunisia. He authored multiple publications in ACM, IEEE, and Springer; and he transferred knowledge and diffused cutting edge results to research community and enterprises. In the beginning of his career he played ERP consulting roles in several projects in Canada and USA and as R&D developer. G. Ben Ayed’s current research interests include digital identity, privacy, cyber-security, cyber-crimes, ICTs security audits, information security governance, business continuity, critical infrastructure protection, service-oriented security, inter-operable security, digital reputation, trust, Big Data analytics security, cloud computing security and digital identity hiding.
