Curriculum Vitae

This is my CV.

FABIAN SCHUPPERT

Research Profile

My principal research interests lie in the fields of political theory/philosophy, applied ethics and environmental politics. In my current research, I work on the normative conceptualization of resource rights and the institutional demands of sustainable resource governance. I also am particularly interested in republicanism and sufficientarianism. My doctoral thesis dealt with questions of social and global justice and the normative conditions of free agency.

Other research interests of mine include international relations, democratic theory, egalitarianism, consequentialism, political economy, the ethics of geoengineering, the governance of debt, collective intentionality, environmental governance (with a focus on energy policy, biodiversity governance, water securitization and forestation policy) as well as moral philosophy.
