Wednesday Swim!

I look forward to swimming with you guys on Wednesday at 7 am.  Since I'll be leading the workout and swimming with you, I wanted to send you all a note to help things go smoothly...

The official workout will not start until 7:20.  Please, use the first 20 minutes to warm up on your own.  Stretch, swim, kick, pull, skull, whatever wakes you up and gets your heart and body going. It serves 2 purposes: if you are a few minutes late, no big deal! and it's important to know how to warm yourself up for a workout/race.

As far as the workout, it'll be divided in 2 parts.  One focused on form/drills and another on fitness (i.e. endurance, speed).  If you have any questions or concerns, let me know!
