The GEC is now running a new next gen sequencer dedicated to analyzing genome editing experiments. Low cost and fast turnaround for amplicon sequencing is now available. Check out the Sequencing tab for more info.

The Genome Editing Core and IDT will be presenting a workshop on August 27th from 11am-1pm in the MBRB Auditorium. Food will be provided, please see the attached flyer for full description.
The Genome Editing Core is open for business. We will be hosting a workshop together with IDT to introduce Crispr/Cas9 based tools and explain some of the services we offer. The workshop is currently scheduled for August 27th in MBRB. Details to follow.
