Mission Statement

The purposes of the Genealogical Society of Salem County are to further the educational study of genealogy through meetings, lectures, seminars and workshops; to promote the study of genealogy through community activities; to assist members in the methods and practices of genealogical research and the filing and retention of the same; to encourage the preservation of family history.

Welcome

We are a society dedicated to the study of genealogy and history in Salem County in beautiful South Jersey. The public is invited to join us at our monthly meetings. Anyone interested in joining our society, is more than welcome to contact us or complete our membership form.

Second Tuesdays of every month 7 pm at Friends Village in Woodstown, NJ.
