Notes

Each daisy is about 3 inches across, I used 21 daisies, for a scarf about 64" long.

The scarf pictured above was made with 100% cotton saucy yarn by reynolds in colors 396, 800, 292, 130

When choosing colors for my scarf, I used the center color of each daisy for the petal color of the next one.  This of course, is a personal choice, but I like way way the colors of each flower blends in with the next.  This seems to make the color scheme flow more smoothly.

For example...

I started with a white daisy/yellow center, followed by

a yellow daisy/mauve center, then

Mauve daisy/blue center, then

blue daisy/white center, which connects with the first one

white, daisy/yellow center, repeating these for the length of the scarf.

I also prefer to make these flowers in sets of four in the order listed above and join them as I go.
