What:

 A trail race of 246 km (153 miles) with a cut off time of 60 hours.

When:

 2010. Will be held from now on as Trans Scania.

Where:

 Start and finish at Södervärnstornet in central Malmö, southern Sweden.

How:

 You are capable of so much more than you know you are.

Who:

 You.

Why:

 Some running is good, more is better, and too much is just enough.

Fee:

 27   - 10 %  will be presented to Swedish Committee for Afghanistan.

Prizes:

 Medal, diploma, trophy, hat, patch, sticker, TEC-starting place and more.

 Pay, fill in a registration form and mail it to me.

Water:

 The route passes many shops, cafés and water refill possibilities.

Service stations:

 None.

Support:

 You can have any support, pacer or friends you like.

DNF:

 All runners are finishers with accomplished kilometres.

Map:

 Will be thoroughly researched - print them out and bring them to the race.

Route:

 From Öresund till Östersjön and back again on a challenging and beautiful route.

Qualification:

 Race of at least 24 hours, 100 miles, multi day or a ultra triathlon.

Equipment:

 You'll need quite a bit of gear to come through this unsupported.

Accomodation:

 There are many Youth Hostels as well as both cheap and expensive hotels.

Shower:

 Will be provided.

Getting there:

 Copenhagen Airport (Denmark) is as close as Malmö Airport.

Rules:

 Cheating or littering is not allowed. To help a fellow runner is mandatory.

Weather:

 Mild summer weather, usually a drizzle or two.

Animals:

 Elk, fox, stoat, corn snake, lama, harbour porpoise etc. have been seen during gax.

Dangers:

 Traffic and fatigue.

Medical staff:

 There will be a medical specialist on call via phone during the whole run.

Force majeure:

 Does not apply unless there is less than one participant.

Miscallenous:

 Qualifying for Ultra-Trail du Mont Blanc (4 credits) and Spartathlon.
