The Year in Review

The Ten Commandments is an incredible piece of cinema combining great actors with a good story and some (then) state of the art special effects. It's pretty much impossible to beat as the film of the year. The red balloon however, a French short, does a pretty good job and I can remember it being a favourite at children's events when I was little.

My Top Picks

  1. The Ten Commandments
  2. The Red Balloon
  3. Forbidden Planet
