2014 VCOA National Meet Photos
Several Chapter members made the trek to Eureka Springs, Arkansas for the VCOA National Meet during the weekend of Oct. 31 - Nov. 2. After a chilly start, things warmed up for an excellent show. Member Nick Tosie brought home two awards in his V70R and Eldon Hammond won Best in Class for his PV. Congrats to the winners! Mid-Missouri Meetup v2.0 Recap
Last year, we had a great time meeting the Volvo Club of Kansas City (VCKC) in Rocheport for lunch, followed by a visit to the Budweiser Clydesdale farm. This year we met the VCKC crowd in Jefferson City at the (old) Missouri State Penitentiary for a tour, followed by lunch and car gazing. Everyone agreed it was a very enjoyable and informative outing. Follow this link to view a facebook photo album of all the cars and events. (Note: facebook membership not required to view album.)
July Outing: Clear Auto Bra
We had a very informative meeting July 12 at Clear Auto Bra. Clear Auto Bra LLC installs the XPel product which is applied directly the painted surface of your car to protect it from rocks and other road hazards. We had a demonstration of the product and also paintless dent removal. Pictures from the outing can be found here.
Webster Groves 4th of July Parade Pics
We had seven Club members' cars roll in the Webster Groves 4th of July Parade. This was our second consecutive year of participation. The weather really cooperated and the crowds turned out to enjoy the sights and sounds. Organizers claim this is the largest parade in Missouri. Our cars were decorated in full American regalia. We have three sets of pictures and videos for your enjoyment:
Save the date for 2015 as we want to get even more Bricks in this event.
