Volunteers - Students (High School & College)

The GATEway Science Fair is run completely by volunteers. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Student volunteer roles vary and may include helping with check-in, traffic management, paper sorting, snack distribution, monitoring hallways and doors, and walking from room to room to deliver papers.  If you have a job preference, feel free to request it in the comments section.

To Volunteer:

Click on the "Sign up" link to sign up for one or more of the following shifts.  Your name will appear on the list within a half hour of submitting the form.  Use the "List" link to see the list.

You can sign up for more than one shift, even if shift times overlap, i.e. Morning Set Up and Shift #1.  (If you want to sign up for both Shifts #1 & #2, please use the Combined Shifts Sign up, not the individual shifts.)  Please sign up by Sunday, February 9, 2020 so we can start planning job assignments.

When a shift is full, there will not be a “Sign up” link for that shift.  Please select another volunteer shift.  You may also add your name to the “Wait List” and we will contact you if any more spots open.
