I've been using this combination for a couple of months now, and decided that it might be a good idea to post some pictures

Real simple operation here, a $5 Thrift store bread machine and a heatgun bought at a garage sale for $5. The tripod stand was collecting dust in my shop, and with a couple of bungee cords and a piece of wood with some screws used for a place to hook the ends of the bungees. The finished roast netted about 1.35 #'s in a finish time of Full City ++ or 15 second rolling 2nd crack time of 15:30. This batch was some decaf beans that was labeled 'Headless Chicken' and picked as part of a 5# gift pack heading to a US service member in Iraq. Along with a grinder and a Mellita pour over cup and filters, just because I know from experience how great a good cup of joe ( in that desert region) can taste in the morning.
