1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely minced

1 large garlic clove, minced 

1 large pinch crushed red pepper flakes

1 (15 ounce) can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed 


In a medium bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Stir in chickpeas until evenly coated. Cover, and marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature, and enjoy!
