Redoing things for 2008

We are not sending out applications through the mail this year. However, if you have given us your email in the past, I did send out a notification that the application is ready.  All applications need to be postmarked or sent in by October 1st. We will be going over all applications after that and will notify you no later than November 1st if your application was approved.

Please keep in mind that this is a juried show. We reserve the right to select crafts of the type and quality that are best suited for our show. We will be limiting the number of crafts in each category (i.e. jewelry, floral, etc.) to avoid excessive duplication. If we get an excessive amount of applications in for one kind of craft or space earlier than October, I will let you know.

We will also work hard to make sure all crafts are handcrafted. If we see crafts which do not meet these criteria at the show we will ask that they be removed.

Once the exhibitors have been selected, spaces will be assigned according to the order they were received. Space size and fees are listed on the application. Space assignments are determined prior to show day but are not given out until the morning of the show due to possible last minutes changes by the school. Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests. However, there is no guarantee that previous year spaces will be in the exact spot.

We are also trying a new event this year based on suggestions from a number of vendors. We are asking vendors to donate an item for silent auction.  I will most likely be combining some items in baskets, so a business card would also be great.

If you have any questions, please email us at garfieldcraftshow@gmail.com . You can also sign up on this website so that you will be informed whenever I update it.

If you would like to participate in our holiday craft show as a vendor, you can apply online on our application page or you can download the application from the attachments below and send it to me in the mail. I have also included the information and guidelines document below for you to view in case you have any questions.
