Maple-Vanilla Candied Nuts

Ingredients

2 cups nuts (I used walnut pieces)

1/3 cup pure maple syrup

1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

1/8 tsp. salt


Directions

Heat a small skillet over med-high for 1 minute.

Add all ingredients.

Stir frequently until syrup is caramelized, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove from heat and let cool.
