Garbabella è situata all'ottavo piano, l'ultimo, è molto luminosa e confortevole. Dotata di wifi, condizionatori d'aria, cucina, soggiorno, balconi e tutto quanto vi sarà necessario per una piacevole permanenza.

Il Quartiere - The Neighborhood

La zona è inoltre ricca di servizi: banche, farmacie, supermercati, negozi, e mercati di frutta e verdura, ecc.

Raggiungibile in meno di dieci minuti a piedi è Eataly Roma, il tempio dell'enogastronomia, dove si possono gustare e acquistare prodotti della cucina italiana. L'appartamento è a ridosso del rione Garbatella (dalle finestre si ha una bella vista sul rione), area molto caratteristica e ricca di locali dove poter mangiare e rilassarsi.

The area is also rich in services: banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, shops, and fruits and vegetable markets, etc.

In less than ten minutes walk you can reach Eataly Rome, the temple of italian food, where you can taste and buy the products of Italian cuisine. The apartment is near the district of Garbatella (from the windows you have a beautiful view of the district) , an area very characteristic and rich of places where you can eat and relax.

Un giro nei dintorni - Getting around

Garbabella si trova nel quartiere Ostiense, tra la via Ostiense e la via Cristoforo Colombo, ed è quindi ottimamente collegata con tutti i punti di interesse della Città Eterna. Dista meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla Metro B (stazione Garbatella), che in tre fermate vi porta al Colosseo e in cinque alla Stazione Termini (intersezione con la linea A che porta ai Musei Vaticani/Cappella Sistina).

Vicinissima, a meno di dieci minuti a piedi, è la Stazione Ostiense, dove fermano le linee per l'Aeroporto Leonardo Da Vinci di Fiumicino e i nuovi treni ad Alta Velocità “Italo” per Firenze, Venezia, Milano, Torino e Napoli. Sempre facilmente raggiungibile è la Stazione della Roma-Lido, la ferrovia che collega Roma al mare di Ostia in soli 30 minuti. La zona è inoltre servita da numerosi bus che collegano a tutte le zone di Roma.

Garbabella is located in the Ostiense district, between Via Ostiense and Via Cristoforo Colombo, and it is well connected with all the attractions of the Eternal City. It's less than 10 minutes walk from the underground (Metro Line B, Garbatella station) which takes you in just three stops to Coliseum and to Termini Central Station in five (intersection with the A line that leads to the Vatican Museums / Sistine Chapel) .

Within ten minutes walk you can also reach the Ostiense Railway Station, hosting the liles leading to Leonardo Da Vinci Airport of Fiumicino and the new high-speed trains "Italo" to Florence, Venice , Milan, Turin and Naples. Also within easy reach there's the Roma-Lido station , the railway connecting Rome to the sea in just 30 minutes. The area is also served by numerous bus routes conneccting you to all parts of Rome.
