My game, Space Zombie

I quickly thought of a game, and name, and this is what I came up with. I also needed a simple game engine, I could not use any 3rd party engines or libraries. So I spent a week Creating Panther2D with Scott's help, learning more about 3D in XNA. I was able to create a simple Sprite/PO/Collision engine using 3D. Later I will add update managers, and screen manager, but I had to make due with what I have, for the game is due in less then two weeks. I've got until March 5th to complete it enough to make the requirements, and then spend what ever extra time I may have on screen management, and menus.
Last night, I have the player and Rock collision figured out, as well as shooting, and scoring. I've got a camera that follows the player just enough so that it reaches the edge of the screen just as the player reaches the edge of the world. The world is 2000 by 2000 units/pixels as of now. The camera is in orthographic mode, so one pixel = one unit.
I've learned so much with this project, and that means I've enjoyed it allot.
I'll have some screen shots when I get all the game elements on the screen. I don't even have a background yet.
I'll also need to figure out how to get text on the screen, mixing it with 3D, I hope its not too difficult.
