Little Bit

Little Bit was a 1999 registered APHA mare.  She was my pride and joy and what I would consider the love of my life.  She was absolutely my best partner and I couldn't have asked for a better horse than her.  She was my reining mare and was very good at what she did, however we won't tell her that she was bred for halter. I competed with her in a few APHA and NRHA shows and was NEVER beat. Little Bit was my "keeper" horse for 6 years and we enjoyed many trail rides, bareback rides, and she even competed a few times in 3 day eventing.  Little Bit was one of the lucky horses to make the 70 mile ride in the fall of 2008 through 6 river crossings, trails so steep that you don't dare look down, and anything else you can imagine.  I sold Little Bit in April of 2009 and that was probably the hardest thing I have ever had to do. Little Bit is now in Texas with a non-pro reining home. She competed in July of 2009 in the APHA World Championship Show and was a finalist!  Way to Go Little Bit!  I look forward to seeing her in the show pen for many more years and just maybe someday I will have the honor of owning one of her babies.
UPDATE - Little Bit competed in the 2010 World Championship Horse Show in Forth Worth Texas.  She was amazing and her new owner has improved leaps and bounds in such a short time.  If they wouldn't have over spun this year, I think they would have been in the top 3 in the world.  I am so proud and can't wait to see them show together for years to come.
UPDATE - We got some AMAZING pictures just the other day of Little Bit and her new owner stopping... Holly Cow they look amazing and just completely insink with eachother.  We are so proud and hope they are going to be enjoying the good life for many more years to come.
