Getting a colonic
Taking a Sauna
Giving yourself an enema
Enema equipment comes in many sizes and shapes. You can buy a disposable, but eminently reusable Enema Bag from me for $5. Or, you can buy a product from most drug stores, and all hospital supply stores, made by Fleet. Not the little bottle that contains a harmful laxative liquid; if this is all you can find, perhaps when traveling, dump the liquid, and fill it with warm water several times to get enough water into your body for a good cleansing. Fleet also makes a plastic water reservoir that will hold at least a quart, and which includes an attached very long delivery tube.
If you already have a hot water bottle, you can buy attachments to convert it to enema equipment. I recommend using a long colon tube, 20 - 40 inches long, made of latex or plastic, that you can purchase from me for $5, and which has the advantage of assuring that the water is delivered higher up into the colon where it can go an effective job of cleansing and hydrating.
