To register your team for the December 14th & 15th round robin competition you must fill out and complete your full team registration form and pay your team registration fee in full by Sunday the 1st of December.
There will be 2x divisions only.
Men's Open (17 years or over)
and Men's Over 35's (all players in your team must be 35 years or older).
OK great your ready to register your team! Click on the link and fill out the form to register your team. Remember, its one form for your entire team so you will need everyones information - names, ages, contact numbers etc. It's not hard but it is required!
The registration form will automatically direct you to PAY PAL on completion so you can finalise your registration by paying your team fees. Payment by direct deposit or cash is by request only and you must contact us to arrange a suitable method.
Your team registration of $300 covers all fees, insurance, expenses, referees and a full weekend of Futsal fun.
The full team registration requires 5-8 players.
This will equate to less than $5 per person per game!
Kick off commences from 830am both days with an hour between each game.
Each game is 45min long (2x 20 min halves with a 5 minute half time break).
Full session times and programs will be emailed to all team captains approximately 1 week before the carnival weekend commences.
