You love our site (we do too:) ) and you've decided that you want to use our service- now what??

The first thing to do is contact us to set up an initial meeting.  You may use any of the below methods to contact us. We will return your email or call within 24 hrs.

We always come to our initial meeting prepared, but you may print out our Service Agreement  ahead of time and have it ready! Printing it out beforehand gives you a chance to think about any little things that we should know about (special treats, mail pickup, etc).

Does the dog walker have experience and references?
Yes, I have been watching pets since 2003 and have watched over 250 clients in that time. I have walked all breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
Does the dog walker employ independent contractors or other employees?
No, only the person you meet at your initial consultation will be entering your home and watching your pets.
Will the dog walker meet you for a prearranged meeting so that you may interview him/her and give you a chance to see how you and/or your dog interact with him/her?
Absolutely!  We love meeting new clients and pets and would be happy to come talk to you. We will come prepared to answer any questions you may have, meet your pet(s), and leave an information packet with you!
What kinds of additional services does the dog walker offer in regard to general duties such as bringing in your mail, newspaper, etc.?
I can bring in mail, water plants, alternate lights, take out the trash, and bring in packages. Need to add something to the list? Just ask!
Does the dog walker provide a check-in number so that you can check in on your dog from time to time if your contract includes an out-of-town visit?
Yes, you will be give a phone number you can call or text, as well as an email address. In the event of an emergency, we would call you right away.
How many dogs will be walked by one person at a time?
We prefer to only walk household animals together at one time, unless a play date was pre-arranged.
Does the dog walker pick up after the dogs?
Yes! We use biodegradable flushable doggie bags.
What is your service area?
West Chester, Downingtown, Exton, Chester Springs, and surrounding areas- ask us about your area.  

What forms of payment do you accept? What is the cancellation policy?

New clients are asked to please leave cash on the first day of the first visit. For mid day dog walking, please leave payment on the counter  on Monday for the week.  Checks are also accepted.

Yes! Cats, small animals, and reptiles are also on our pet list J
