FDiversity is a free software developed to estimate and analyse indices of functional diversity. Indices included in current version:


Community Weighted Mean,
FDvar: Functional divergence,
FRO: Functional regularity, Functional attribute diversity,
FDp: Plot-based functional diversity based on dendrograms,
FDc: Community-based functional diversity based on dendrograms,
wFD: Weighted plot-base diversity based on dendrograms
wFDc: Weigthed c
ommunity-based functional diversity based on dendrograms,
Q: Quadratic entropy,
Extended FD,
CHhV: Convex hull hyper-volume,
FRic: Functional richness
FEve: Functional evenness
FDiv: Functional divergency
FDis: Functional dispersion. 

Richness (S),
Shannon Index (H),
Eveness (E),
Simpson Index (D).

It also includes tools to compare the estimated index among
a set of conditions using a built-in linear model facility.
