Well, I am happy to say that this site has outgrown googlepages and will soon have a new home.  I am getting a proper domain name and a new web host.  Soon the new and improved Fructmal site will be up and running!

I will leave these pages up for redirecting purposes for as long as possible.  My target is to have the new site up by the end of the week.

I am looking to include a page of "Real Fructmal Life Stories", so contact me at if you would like contribute your story!  Your story should include how you came to discover you had Fructmal (did you have it as a child?  Was there a trigger point?), how you cope, your symptoms and trouble foods, etc.  Around a 1000 words is a nice length.  Not more than 1200, certainly, and shorter would be fine.

***** be aware that many email programs dump gmail stuff into the spam file.  If you don't get a response from me in a couple of days - check your junk/spam file.  Your program may have sent my response there.  *********

Also feel free to send me recipes, or product reviews having to do with fructmal.  If you have a site or a blog having to do with fructmal, even a personal blog (if you're a fructmal), let me know!  Perhaps we can link!  We need to network our presence on the web to get our condition noticed!

I look forward to seeing you all soon with a bigger and better site!

Well, thank goodness I'm back!  Due to recent computer problems I was offline, but all is well now.

I have updated the site with some new links, new research, new questions and answers, and I have added some info on the What is? page regarding symptoms.  Thank you goes out to hedra for her extra info on symptoms!  Everyone should check out her FructMal Wiki!  The link is on the homepage.  Recipes will be next!

The site is up and running!  Hoorah!

The site is still very basic, but I'm hoping that the needed information and the links are here to make this site worth visiting and bookmarking.  Plans for more, more, MORE articles, pictures, links, recipes, etc are on the horizon!

Currently, googlepages  is still an experiment on the part of Google, so there are very few templates to choose from and there's not a lot of changes one can make.  In other words, I hope you like the treebranch because I can't change it! LOL!!

Please do not hesitate to use the Contact link to give me your opinions, stories, questions, links, etc.  Let's build this site up and give FructMals a resource!
