Yields about 18 bars
1 bag graham crackers
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 Hershey bars, broken into pieces
2 cups mini marshmallows
Line a 9x13" pan with foil. Arrange crackers in a single layer on the bottom of the pan. Spread brown sugar over the crackers. Pour melted butter over the top of the sugar and crackers.
Bake at 350 until the brown sugar begins to bubble, about 5-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with broken Hershey bars. Allow bars to sit for a few minutes as the chocolate melts. Spread chocolate with a spatula. Top with a layer of mini marshmallows. Return pan to the oven for 2-5 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown. Allow bars to cool before cutting and serving. I personally like mine to be cold. :)
