Spiced Mango Grilled Chicken

Serves 4

 

4 chicken breasts

1 c. mango puree

1/2 tsp. garam masala

1/4 tsp. kosher salt

In a small bowl, combine mango puree and spices. Coat chicken pieces with the puree. Fire up your grill. Grill the chicken for 8-12 minutes per side for boneless pieces or about twice that length for bone-in pieces, until cooked through.
