Pop's Grilled Chicken with Mango Kiwi Salsa

P.Diffy Grilled Chicken
4 chicken breasts
5 tsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
A light sprinkling of salt
A few generous cranks on your black pepper shaker
Combine all the spices together with the olive oil, creating a marinade. Massage the marinade into the chicken. Place the chicken in the fridge for 20 minutes while you get the grill fired up. Grill the chicken for about 15 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through and nolonger pink in the center.
Mango Kiwi Salsa
1 mango, peeled
1 kiwi, peeled
1/2 small purple onion
1/4 c.  fresh cilantro
Pinch of salt
Chop up the mango, kiwi, onion and cilantro. Combine together in a serving dish; sprinkle a pinch of salt over the top. Serve with the grilled chicken.
