Pear Tart

1/2 of the dough from Perfection in a Pie Crust
3 pears, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. butter, melted
Cinnamon
Sugar
Honey

Roll the pie crust into a square, trimming it as necessary. Layer sliced pears onto crust, leaving about a 1" border of crust around the edges. Fold edges up. Brush pears with the melted butter. Sprinkle the entire tart with a light dusting of white sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Brush the crust with a beaten egg white. Bake for another 10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden and flaky.
