2 sweet potatoes
4 garlic cloves, slice in half
3 tbsp. fresh rosemary
Tiny pinch cinnamon
Slice the sweet potatoes into fry shapes. Arrange in a single layer in a baking dish. Top with garlic, rosemary, salt and cinnamon. Drizzle everything with a bit of vegetable oil.
Roast in the oven at 425 for 18-22 minutes or until fries are tender. Season with a bit more kosher salt when they come out of the oven and enjoy!
