Makes a few dozen!
1 package of classic Oreos
1 8 oz. bar of cream cheese, softened
1 bag of chocolate chips (milk, dark or white)
Coconut, sprinkles, melted peanut butter chips, etc, (optional garnish)
In a large food processor or blender, crush oreos until they are crumbs. Pour into a large mixing bowl. Stir cream cheese into crushed oreos. Roll mixture into 1/2" - 1" balls. Melt chocolate chips in a saucepan on the stove top over low heat (don't overheat or the chocolate will turn into a granulated mess!). Roll each oreo ball into the chocolate. Set on wax paper until the chocolate hardens. Garnish (optional). Chill in the fridge for 1 hour and store the leftovers there.
