1 lb. beef roast
1 sweet potato/2-3 turnips
2 parsnips/1 cup halved mini carrots
1/2 onion, chopped
4-6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp. dried parsley
salt and pepper
Cut the beef roast into bite-size pieces. Place in a gallon-sized freezer bag along with remaining ingredients. Freeze.
Cooking Day: Place entire contents of the bag into a crockpot. Add 3 cups of water and cook on low for at least 6 hours.
