OAMC Steak Tips and Mushrooms in Red Wine

Serves 4
1-2 lbs sirloin steak
8 mushrooms, halved
2/3 cup beef broth
1 tsp. dried parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2/3 cup red wine
salt and pepper
Cut steak into bite-sized pieces. Place in a gallon-size freezer bag along with all the other ingredients. Freeze.
Cooking Day: Thaw. Place entire contents of the bag in a skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until steak is cooked. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
