OAMC Calzones

Yields 4 Calzones
1 lb. pizza dough
8 oz. grated mozzarella
olive oil
1 cup marinara sauce
Additional toppings such as: pepperoni, cooked sausage, chopped chicken, olives, onion, spinach, bell pepper, mushrooms, artichokes, etc.
Divide the dough into four balls. Roll each ball into a circle. Top half of the circle with mozzarella and additional toppings, leaving a 1/2 border of dough. Spoon a bit of marinara sauce on top. Fold the circle in half and press together the edges so they seal. 
Brush with olive oil. Place on a baking sheet. Cook at 400 for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool. Freeze in single layers in bags.
Cooking day: Thaw. Reheat in the oven at 350 or in the microwave until the inside is piping hot.
