Fresh mozzarella, sliced
Handful of baby spinach
Roasted garlic blended with 4 tbsp. olive oil
Fire up the grill!
Roll out pizza dough fairly thin. Prick with a fork to prevent air bubbles. Rub the top side of the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with a touch of cornmeal. Throw the dough, oil side down, onto your hot grill. Cover. In 3-8 minutes your crust will be golden brown on the bottom. Flip.
As soon as you flip the crust, add your toppings. Close the grill cover. Check on the pizza in 3-5 minutes to see if the bottom is cooked and golden brown.
