Grilled Chicken Salad

Serves 2...but easily doubled!


1 grilled chicken breast, chopped

2 green onions, sliced

1/8 c. craisins

1 tbsp. mayo

1-2 tbsp. italian dressing (depending on how moist you like your chicken salad)

Pinch of kosher salt

1/8 c. chopped pecans


In a bowl, stir together all of the ingredients until combined. Use the chicken salad as filling for a wrap or sandwich (toast the bread for extra flavor!). Or simply serve the salad over a bed of lettuce.
