Creamy Dark Chocolate Frosting

Frosts 24 cupcakes or one cake

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 tbsp. butter, softened
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Scant 1/2 c. dark cocoa powder
2 tbsp. milk
2-3 cups powdered sugar

In a large mixing bowl combine cream cheese and butter; blend until thoroughly creamed together. Add in vanilla, cocoa powder and milk. Gradually add powdered sugar, about 1 cup at a time, to the chocolate mixture. Beat until powdered sugar is completely blended into the chocolate.
