Library Giving Day Update!
Thank you!

You’ve done it again! On Library Giving Day, together with your neighbors and friends, you accomplished an amazing feat of generosity and enthusiasm. The result? The Friends of the M.N. Spear Library met its $5,000 challenge gift before most of us were out of bed. But you didn’t stop there. As of April 24th, the Friends have received 101 contributions that, when combined with the $5,000 match, total $14,725.

The ongoing and generous support from our growing community of people who believe in a new Shutesbury Library is heartwarming and inspirational. Your gift is a gift to our community and a gift   to the future.

Our combined efforts are adding up! Thanks to your gift, we are fast approaching a $400,000 milestone! Together, we are mighty.

Thank you! Your generous support is making a difference!

Spring Spruce-Ups

The Friends have been organizing Spring Spruce-Ups to raise money for a new Shutesbury Library since 2012.

This spring we have 21 jobs scheduled! We are sold out.

Teams of four adults work together to do an hour of yard work for a donation to our fund.

As of today, April 24th, nine jobs are finished and full teams are scheduled for many of the upcoming dates.

We need you! If you can donate one hour, please contact Mary Anne at the Library!
