Giving Tuesday
During our Giving Tuesday campaign, 178 generous donors came together to contribute a total of $53,000 to the Friends of the M.N. Spear Memorial Library’s new Shutesbury Library fund. The overwhelming support from our community is nothing short of inspiring, especially considering the size of our town.
This outpouring of generosity is a powerful affirmation that library supporters in Shutesbury are united and determined.
The excitement surrounding this project is contagious, and it's heartening to witness the growing enthusiasm as we approach groundbreaking next spring. Every contribution, no matter the size, is a building block in creating a library that will serve our community for generations to come.

Our inaugural Roadtown Turkey Trot was a fantastic success! 173 runners and walkers of all ages joined the fun. There were lots of smiles on the course and in the gym after the race! We have so many people to thank! But first we need to thank Samantha Spisiak, Barbara Bigelow, Elizabeth Murphy and Penny Jaques who were the main organizers of the event. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
