    <Chef Charles puts the finishing touches on a reception line in the Clifty Creek Restaurant. 
     
    Clifty Creek Restaurant's Private dining room is located in the Main Lodge.(seating capacity 200). 
     
    Executive Chef Charles Underwood has over 30 years experience in the food service industry. He spent 17 years with the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Lexington, Ky and Atlanta, GA where he received several awards for outstanding service. He has been with the Park system now for the last 12 years.
     
    <Photo to the left is an example of our large vegetable tray w/dip which  serves 50 - 100 people (small or large platters) 
     
     
     
    Chef Charles' specialties include gourmet cooking, fine dining as well as good ole' down home food.

    <The photo to the left shows a selection of our Hors D'oeuvres. The sandwich tray at the right is baked country ham, roast beef or turkey on Silver Dollar Rolls.
      
     
    <The Glover room is our private dining room. With a seating capacity of 80 people and an outdoor balcony makes this the perfect location for a smaller reception.
