Adopt Love!

We are so glad you’ve made the decision to
 adopt a new family member!
You’ve come to the right place to start your search!
The animals we have available for adoption changes frequently, so if you don’t see an animal that matches your needs, please check back often.
Adopting a pet is a life-long commitment and could be a part of your family for up to 10-15 years! It’s extremely important to us that you adopt a companion that best suits your family situation and lifestyle.

Our adoption process includes the following:
  • Completion of an application
  • Vet reference check if currently own animals or have in the past 5 years
  • Landlord check if a renter
  • Scheduled home visit

We have two requirements for adoption of ANY of our animals:

  • ALL animals currently living in the household MUST be current on all vaccinations (special exceptions may apply).
  • ALL animals currently living in the household MUST be spayed/neutered. NO EXCEPTIONS!

After your application is submitted and the process is complete, a decision will be made to either approve or deny your request for adoption. The denial of an application does not necessarily mean you are a bad pet owner; it could simply mean you are not a good match for the animal you applied for.

** We understand we have a strict adoption policy; however we take pride in trying VERY hard to make compatible matches to ensure lifetime commitments. We want to feel certain that the animals we adopt out will not end up back in a shelter situation, but in a loving environment for the remainder of their life. Our #1 rule of thumb is QUALITY not  QUANTITY.

~ We reserve the right to decline applications based on the animal's best interest and needs ~

Our adoption fees vary depending on a number of factors such as age, health, breed, etc. While our adoption fees may seem high to some, we do a lot of vetting to our animals in preparation for adoption. Many times the adoption fees do not cover the expenses we have incurred.

Canine adoption fees include the following:

  • Spay/Neuter
  • Microchip
  • Current on vaccinations including Distemper/Parvo and Bordetella
  • Fecal Exam
  • De-worming
  • Rabies (4 months+)
  • Heartworm Test (6 months+) and preventative
  • Flea/Tick treatment
  • Any additional vetting deemed necessary (i.e. dental cleaning, hernia repair, x-rays, etc.)

Generally, canine adoptions fees range from $120 to $175.

                Puppies < 1 year: $175

                Adults 1+ years: $150

Seniors (age depends on breed): $120

    Feline ad
option fees include the following:
  • Spay/Neuter
  • Microchip
  • Current on vaccinations
  • De-worming
  • Rabies (4 months+)
  • Feline Leukemia test
  • Feline AIDS test
  • Flea/Tick treatment
  • Any additional vetting deemed necessary (i.e. dental work, medications, etc.)
     Feline adoptions fees are $75.

** It is always a good idea to confirm the adoption fee of an animal you are interested in. An animal may have a sponsor which could decrease their fee, or they may be considered a "Legacy Dog/Cat". Legacy animals generally are purebred or highly sought after breeds. By asking higher adoption fees for those select few, they are able to leave a legacy for those animals who require additional vetting or expensive procedures. **
