FRESH P.I.C.K.E.D. (Parents Informing Commerce Kids about Eating Decisions) is a group of knowledgeable and dedicated Commerce Elementary parents who share a passion for educating our children about nutrition and healthy food choices.

We planted a garden! Our goal is to provide organic, nutritious fruits and vegetables to Commerce Elementary students in addition to linking the garden with grade-level curriculum.

By implementing a garden program, Commerce Elementary will set an example not only in the community but for other schools across our district, county and state of how we engage students by providing a dynamic environment in which to observe, discover, experiment, nurture, and learn about health.
