Our Prospectus is currently being redrafted, but key information about our daily routines and activities is available here on our website. Children must attend a minimum of two sessions (8 hours) a week to secure a place. More information on this can be found in our Admissions and Fees & Donations policies. Please read these before applying, as you will be asked to confirm your agreement to them within the registration form.

Before applying for a place for your child, you may want to contact us ( to discuss availability of sessions, or to arrange a visit to preschool to meet the staff and see our setting.

To apply for a place for your child, please complete our online Registration Form.

All data provided by you in the Registration Form will be stored and processed in line with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018, as explained in our Privacy Notice. More information on data protection can be found in our full Policies & Procedures.

When you apply, we will ask you to consider making a voluntary donation towards registration costs. We offer at least one free taster session in the summer term before your child starts and a home visit from your child's key worker and the cost of these is not covered by grants or fees.
We recommend a donation of £30, although more or less would be welcome. Registration donations are voluntary and you will still be offered the same introductory sessions whether you have made a donation or not. If you would like to make a donation then please do so through our Mydonate account so that we can recover the Gift Aid.

Whilst the majority of our Pre-School children go on to attend Freshford Church School, attendance at Freshford Preschool does not guarantee a Reception place for your child at the school.  Parents are required to apply for a place at Freshford Church School through their local authority via the annual school applications process. If you have any queries about this process, please contact the school or your local authority.
