I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of St Thomas in St Paul. My primary research encompasses Health Economics, Public Economics, and Experimental Economics. I have secondary research interests in Law and Economics and Public Choice. My current research involves studying adverse selection and moral hazard in health insurance, and the employment effects of the employer shared responsibility provision from the ACA. I earned a Ph.D. in Economics from Florida State University in 2018.
