I am an Associated Researcher at the Instituto de Ciencias Matemáticas – ICMAT (Institute for Mathematical Research). My research interests lie in differential geometry, in particular symplectic and contact topology.
My expertise area is the "approximately holomorphic techniques in contact and symplectic topology”. My current research deals with flexibility in Contact and Engel Topology. I am also interested in Hamiltonian Dynamics, Geometric Quantization and the geometry of the contactomorphism groups. In the last couple of years I have been very much involved in the geometry and topology of the spaces of embeddings and of diffeomorphisms; and the contact amalogous picture (Legendrian and iso-contact mebeddings and contactomorphims)
