Geological architecture reconstruction Develop a technique using well log data and indicator kriging to reconstruct complex three-dimensional aquifer architectures. The technique is apply to fluvial aquifer systems including Baton Rouge aquifer system, Southern Hills aquifer system, and Taiwan aquifer systems. Develop simulation models to understand saltwater encroachment in the "1,500-foot" sand and in the "2,000-foot" sand of the Baton Rouge area. Develop a hydrologic model using HELP3 to estimate runoff, recharge and ET for the area of the Southern Hills aquifer system, Southwest Mississippi and Southeast Louisiana Develop a hydrologic model using HELP3 to estimate runoff, recharge and ET for the central and northern Louisiana Groundwater level simulation from 1898 to 2010 Groundwater level simulation from 2004 to 2015 Digitize the depths of sand picks in well log image files and visualize sand pick data in Google Earth. Download KML files and view data via Google Earth.. |
