About
I am an applied economist working full time at the University of Barcelona, as associate professor (tenured). I am also Associate Fellow at the Institute for New Economic Thinking at the Oxford Martin School (University of Oxford), and the Euro-Mediterranean Centre on Climate Change (CMCC).
My research relates to climate change adaptation and mitigation in several sectors, especially energy and health. I also contributed to around 20 policy reports and briefs for institutions such as the European Commission, UNEP, the Green Economy Coalition, WHO, and the French and UK ministries of environment.
I speak fluently English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. I understand Catalan.
