French Onion Dip

3 tbsp butter

3 cups of diced onions (about 3 large onions, or 4 medium ones)

1 8oz package of cream cheese

1/2 cup mayo

dash cayenne pepper 

salt & pepper to taste

Cook the diced onions in the butter over low heat for 30 minutes or more, until they are light brown and caramelized. Mix the cream cheese, mayo, and spices with an electric mixer for 2 minutes on high speed, or until creamy. Fold in the onions. Enjoy with chips. Bon Appétit!
