Today's learners have been called digital natives which is a term used to refer to young people who were born during 1980 and 1994, you're probably one of them, or maybe you're a millennial baby.  Digital natives and millennials have been said to possess intuitive skills to use digital technologies as opposed to digital immigrants who traditionally learned using text books and it was the norm for teachers to deliver from the front using chalk boards.  Nowadays teaching is more about facilitation and guiding the student through their own learning.  Watch the video below then work through the task on the following page to help you understand the evolvement of digital technologies and their effect on education.
