Special Announcement

Our guest speaker for the 2013 Forrest Cavalry Breakfast in Vicksburg, MS on July 18th at 7:00 am until 8:00 am will be Dr. Bryan Steel Wills who is the Director for the Study of the Civil War Era and is a Professor of History at Kennessaw State Univ. in Kennesaw, Ga.  Dr. Wills is author of the book "A Battle From the Start" and also "The Life of Nathan Bedford Forrest in reprint as "The Confederacy's Greatest Cavalryman".



The Forrest Cavalry is an organization of descendants, supporters, and admirers of General Forrest and the men who rode and fought with him during the War Between the States.
